What you will do

• Lead technical recruiting processes from sourcing and application review through interviews, offers, negotiations, and hiring decisions.
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices, structured evaluation, debriefs, and selection.
• Develop sourcing experiments and strategies to attract diverse technical talent.
• Build early-career pipelines through partnerships with colleges, universities, technical programs, military transition organizations, and student groups.
• Maintain accurate job postings, candidate data, hiring statuses, and recruitment reporting in the ATS and team systems.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, networking events, and employer-brand initiatives while partnering with Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technical positions in a technology company.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and travel 30–40% as required.
• Ability to support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
