What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles across the U.S. and international markets.
• Partner with founders and senior leaders to define roles and align on hiring priorities globally.
• Develop and manage high-quality talent pipelines for competitive and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure a consistent, candidate-first experience across different time zones and geographies.
• Provide market-expert advice on compensation benchmarking and talent trends to leadership.
• Design and improve scalable recruiting processes that remain flexible and human.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier Product and Engineering talent.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders or founders on high-visibility hires.
• Deep expertise in sourcing for competitive roles beyond relying on inbound flow.
• Ability to navigate global hiring challenges, including regulations and time zones.
• Must be based in the United States.
