What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for R&D and product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks.
• Manage the candidate experience from the first conversation through to the offer stage.
• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve processes.
• Implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows to support company growth.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in recruiting at high-growth tech startups.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly.
• Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Fluent English required.
