What you will do

• Lead architecture and governance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Viva Connections.
• Define and implement SharePoint and Teams governance frameworks, including site lifecycle management and guest access policies.
• Establish governance strategies for Power Apps and Power Automate, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Design automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Custom APIs.
• Develop executive dashboards and operational reporting to monitor platform health, adoption, and compliance.
• Ensure collaboration platforms comply with corporate security standards and regulatory records management policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering and architecting M365 collaboration solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ users).
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Entra ID, Purview, and Azure.
• Strong technical skills in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and ShareGate.
• Familiarity with Viva Suite and ServiceNow Integration.
• Knowledge of advanced data governance technologies.
