Salary: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% target incentives.

What you will do

• Evaluate and defend architectural decisions between low-code Power Platform solutions and custom Azure development based on economics and maintainability.
• Design enterprise-grade agent solutions including knowledge-source strategy, custom actions, and M365 Copilot extensibility.
• Architect hybrid solutions that integrate Copilot Studio with custom Azure services like Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs.
• Advise clients on government cloud (GCC/GCC High) feature parity and ensure designs meet strict compliance constraints.
• Establish architectural best practices, governance models, and quality engineering for conversational AI outputs.
• Model agent licensing and consumption economics to provide clear input for client architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise solution delivery.
• 2+ years of experience architecting systems and 6+ years leading technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering conversational-AI or agent solutions to production.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong application-development foundation with fluency in C# or TypeScript for hybrid solution design.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services and Microsoft government cloud offerings (GCC/GCC High).

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
