TL;DR
Solutions Architect (Microsoft D365): Designing and implementing complex technology solutions for global clients with an accent on Microsoft D365 and Power Platform ecosystems. Focus on architecting scalable integrations, leading technical delivery teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to drive exceptional customer experiences.
Location: Must be based in the US
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping for medium-scale projects.
- Architect and set standards for solutions using Microsoft D365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals and present technical concepts.
- Decompose complex requirements into actionable tasks and manage project estimation.
- Provide technical leadership for both on-shore and off-shore project resources.
- Identify and resolve technical impediments while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects in Microsoft D365 and Power Platform.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to implement and customize D365 modules like Sales, Contact Center, or Customer Service.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Possession of two or more relevant Microsoft certifications.
Nice to have
- Experience with ETL solutions like Scribe or SSIS.
- Familiarity with XRMToolbox and SDK development.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-driven integrations.
