What you will do

• Architect, design, and present complex Digital Workspace solutions integrating cloud services, security, and hardware.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and technical assessments to define solution architectures.
• Support pre-sales by developing proposals, statements of work (SOW), technical presentations, and proof-of-concept environments.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Microsoft, cloud, and security services.
• Create customer-facing demonstrations and technical enablement resources to showcase business value.
• Provide technical leadership during the implementation and deployment of enterprise projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Presales.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Power Platform.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions.
• Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions for executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for consultative selling engagements.

Nice to have

• Certifications aligned with MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, SC-401, PL-900, AB-100, or AB-620.
• Additional certifications from Citrix, Cisco, Omnissa, Jamf, or Apple.
