Senior Software/System Architect (SharePoint Online, Power Platform): Serve as a subject matter expert for SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration using Microsoft Power Platform tools, building user-centric automation workflows and reporting solutions. Focus on designing scalable process automation, implementing Power Automate/PowerApps solutions, and validating system integration quality in an Agile delivery environment.

Location: Remote, USA. Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–4:00 PM CST)

Salary: $92,730–$105,500

What you will do

• Act as the SME for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform integrations with Office 365.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement user-centric solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent).
• Develop and maintain automation workflows and integrate them with SharePoint and Office 365 services.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to use case development, and maintain documentation, training, and support for deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Location/Work authorization: Remote work in the USA
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), and Office 365 integration.
• Hands-on experience designing automation workflows and implementing scalable solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience writing low-level code for web-based applications and automation scripts, plus testing and validation of automated processes.
• Agile process knowledge, including use case gathering and backlog grooming.
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
