Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada, specifically Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary)

Salary: 120,800 - 151,000 CAD + 14% bonus

What you will do

• Design and deliver SharePoint solutions that align with client requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the technical authority for installations, configurations, migrations, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to troubleshoot SharePoint environments in accordance with SLAs.
• Mentor and develop consultants, engineers, and technicians on both technical and soft skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert for trade shows, events, and high-visibility customer-facing engagements.
• Stay updated on new trends and technological updates to refine delivery and problem-solving processes.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in client-facing professional services, including 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Proven consulting experience in a similar capacity.
• Certifications: MS-700, MS-102, SC-100, SC-300, and SC-401.
• Proficiency with tools such as Sharegate, Quest ODM, and SPMT.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
