Consultant Automotive IT Transformation (m/f/d)

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany. Service region: Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Advise senior stakeholders at a leading commercial vehicle OEM and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Use existing client relationships and access to identify opportunities and drive account growth.
• Advise on business and IT transformation initiatives across digital platforms, product engineering, and operational efficiency.
• Shape large-scale transformation roadmaps with executive stakeholders and Centers of Excellence.
• Lead and contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities with a focus on commercial impact.
• Oversee delivery execution and introduce scalable solutions and best practices.

Requirements

• Several years of experience at MAN Truck & Bus or in a consulting role with MAN Truck & Bus as the primary client, with a strong network of business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong experience in IT transformation, enterprise applications, cloud, data, digital platforms, or product engineering.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, account development, and opportunity generation.
• Deep understanding of automotive value chains and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Fluent German is mandatory, with strong English skills; based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
