What you will do

• Support strategic sustainability programs and transformation initiatives for automotive and manufacturing clients.
• Coordinate project governance activities, including status reports, dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, delivery timelines, and alignment with business priorities.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data and KPIs for performance tracking and sustainability reporting.
• Support sustainability transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and organizational change initiatives.
• Assist with business cases, strategic analyses, project documentation, and consulting deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in innovation and technology management, sustainability, environmental change, global sustainability, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with different stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Curiosity about the automotive industry, emerging technologies, and business transformation.

Nice to have

• Interest or short-term experience in the automotive or sustainability sectors.
• Academic or project experience in PMO activities, project management, or business analysis.
