What you will do

• Partner with franchisees to develop and implement business plans and growth strategies.
• Analyze commercial and operational performance to provide actionable recommendations on sales and profitability.
• Champion retail standards and customer experience through regular audits and compliance monitoring.
• Coach franchise partners through training, workshops, and the adoption of new systems.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align with the Retail EMEA strategy.
• Support network growth by identifying expansion opportunities and managing partner onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• At least three years of experience in retail, sales, or business development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into practical actions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Commercial or business qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
