Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stuttgart at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Advise MedTech clients on digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Lead consulting engagements focusing on product and innovation management.
• Translate business requirements into actionable concepts for engineering and R&D teams.
• Design and evolve data-driven organizational structures and digital platforms.
• Develop business models and go-to-market strategies for digital health innovations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, UX, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or computer science.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience in the MedTech or Health industry.
• Strong expertise in product management and the business side of engineering projects.
• Proven ability in strategic problem solving and business model innovation.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work on-site in Stuttgart at least two days per week.
