What you will do

• Advise clients on digital transformation, data-driven organization design, and innovation initiatives.
• Lead consulting engagements focused on digital strategy and analytics-enabled decision-making.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, and UX.
• Shape operating models, governance structures, and new digital value propositions.
• Manage client communication and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or data science.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience in aviation, energy, or retail sectors.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Must submit all application documents in English only.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg at least two days per week.
• Proven expertise in data-driven transformation and business model innovation.
