IT Systems Administrator (Legaltech)

Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to global end users on various tools and services.
• Monitor and manage the global ticketing system to ensure fast resolution of issues.
• Handle new user onboarding, including hardware, software, operating systems, and account management.
• Administer and support a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage IT asset inventory and all related equipment.
• Assist in the rollout and implementation of new IT solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Raleigh, NC.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Windows VMs, Azure, and VMware.
• Ability to assess competing priorities and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
