Senior Systems Engineer - Collaboration (Microsoft 365)

Location: Miami, Florida; regular in-person attendance at the hirify.global office is required. Some travel may be required for conferences and vendor meetings.

What you will do

• Lead deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Box, Slack, and related collaboration platforms.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and maintain high availability, performance, security, compliance, and user experience.
• Manage on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID, including GPOs, organizational units, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, RBAC, and directory synchronization.
• Support identity governance, access reviews, privileged identity management, lifecycle workflows, SSO, MFA, and federation troubleshooting.
• Administer Claude and ChatGPT Enterprise, including licensing, configuration, provisioning, data-handling policies, and acceptable-use enforcement.
• Partner with network, application, security, and business teams on integrations, documentation, technical escalations, and strategic technology evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience in enterprise environments and collaboration platform administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Purview, Slack, Zoom, Box, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Strong Active Directory and Entra ID experience, including GPO management, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Connect synchronization.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools, particularly Claude, with knowledge of workspace configuration, provisioning, access governance, and data policies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator AZ-104, MCSE, AWS Cloud Administration, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise administration.
