Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across product management, software development, QA, and DevOps.
• Define and execute the overall product and technical vision aligned with business objectives.
• Own the product roadmap strategy and ensure alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage financial planning, department forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing organization of approximately 50 team members.
• Promote the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience leading technology, product, or engineering teams.
• Experience in healthcare IT or other regulated technology environments (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and experience with cloud migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
