What you will do

• Define and execute the global partner solution engineering strategy aligned with cloud marketplaces and data/AI alliances.
• Lead joint solution development with AWS, Azure, GCP, and leading ISVs.
• Oversee technical governance, including architecture standards and integration frameworks.
• Build and scale a Partner Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence across EMEA, APAC, and NA.
• Act as executive sponsor for co-innovation, technical delivery, and partner engagement success.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in building partner solution engineering or technical alliances teams within enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of data/AI platforms, cloud integration, and marketplace deployment.
• Strong track record of co-developing and launching solutions with hyperscalers or GSIs.
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on coaching and technical execution skills.
• Ability to influence senior external stakeholders (CTO/CIO level) globally.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (2–3 days/week).
