Salary: $130,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the overall technical vision and product roadmap.
• Directly and indirectly manage a team of 50 across product management, development, QA, and DevOps.
• Manage department expense forecasts and align technical strategy with business goals.
• Drive best practices for product delivery, rollout, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate on strategic marketing plans and integrate customer needs into the product strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally, including to Egypt.
• 5+ years of management experience leading product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the field of healthcare IT.
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migration projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with OCI, AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying strategic plans to stakeholders.
