What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of commercial security compliance, shifting from manual audits to automated platforms.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and analysts.
• Operationalize a common control framework that integrates seamlessly into the company's architecture.
• Drive the development of internal tooling to automate evidence collection and dashboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed compliance-by-design into infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and track program metrics such as control coverage and automation adoption.

Requirements

• Experience managing teams in security engineering, GRC, or risk management.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI to build automation for GRC engineering.
• Technical ability to review code in Python or Go and understand Kubernetes and AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks including HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Experience working in a SaaS or cloud infrastructure company.
• Must be eligible for required authorizations from the US government.

• Prior experience working as an auditor (e.g., QSA) or facilitating audits.
