What you will do

• Lead and grow the Business Applications (BizApps) team, overseeing application administration and AI agent enablement.
• Architect and maintain business integrations using Workato (IPaaS) and custom AWS middleware such as Lambda, S3, and EventBridge.
• Design and deploy AI agents across platforms like Glean, Claude, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock to automate workflows for GTM, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Manage the lifecycle and administration of company-wide tools, with a primary focus on the Jira/Atlassian suite.
• Partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure compliance with frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and manage IAM/SSO governance.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for custom technical build-outs, including scoping and QA.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems administration, or systems engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
• Deep hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms at scale, specifically the Jira/Atlassian suite.
• Proven experience building integrations via IPaaS (Workato preferred) and custom AWS services.
• Experience deploying AI agents on enterprise platforms (Glean, Claude, Gemini, or Bedrock) connected to internal data sources.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
• Relevant certifications in Atlassian, AWS, or Workato.
