What you will do

• Define and own the vision for the accounting platform, ensuring scalability for contractors at all stages of financial maturity.
• Build AI-powered accounting features that streamline financial operations for both small operators and enterprise-grade CFO organizations.
• Provide strategic leadership and clear communication regarding the product roadmap to internal stakeholders and the broader organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, finance, and GTM teams to deliver end-to-end product value.
• Partner directly with customers to validate product direction and translate complex pain points into actionable insights.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of rigor, customer empathy, and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep accounting domain expertise, including GL structures, AP/AR workflows, and ERP system modeling (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product areas with significant architectural dependencies.
• Strong product judgment regarding the practical application of AI in accounting workflows.
• Demonstrated track record as an influential leader capable of building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
