What you will do

• Own and evolve the vision for the digital pharmacy experience, keeping members at the center of every product decision.
• Build intuitive features such as drug search, cost transparency, benefits clarity, and personalized reminders.
• Partner with design, engineering, and clinical experts to balance usability with operational and regulatory needs.
• Use experimentation, analytics, and member feedback to improve adoption, satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Translate insights about member behavior and digital health trends into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor an Associate Product Manager, fostering a data-driven and empathetic product culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, blending consumer product and healthcare expertise.
• Strong track record of shipping B2C experiences that drive engagement and habit formation.
• Experience with experimentation, behavioral design, and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to align engineers, designers, and clinicians around the member voice.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Background in digital retail pharmacy or PBM member experiences.
• Experience with regulated markets (Medicare) or pharmacy data standards.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered product development or prototyping.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MPH, or technical discipline).
