Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 Annual

What you will do

• Develop and manage digital collections strategies across email, SMS, and mobile apps for consumer portfolios.
• Create new segmentations and predictive models using SAS, SQL, and Python/R.
• Generate data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer behaviors.
• Develop performance reporting and partner with forecasting and capacity teams on planning.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to fair lending laws and company policies.
• Drive automation and process excellence to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or credit risk (or 7+ years without a degree).
• 3+ years of experience using data analytics and segmentation platforms (SAS, SQL, Python/R).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience in consumer lending or credit card industry collections and recovery.
• Advanced skills in data mining and decision tree software (e.g., E-Miner).
• Experience leading champion vs. challenger testing and developing CHAID segmentations.
