Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Perform advanced data analytics to optimize loan origination, amount assignment, and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Sales, and Finance to implement credit product initiatives.
• Own and enhance credit policy documentation to mitigate risk exposure.
• Design and monitor key KPIs to provide insights into the credit lifecycle.
• Track credit performance and manage the portfolio within risk appetite limits.
• Develop business insights and present proposals to C-level audiences and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, decision sciences, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit and the lending lifecycle.
• 4+ years of experience in performing credit analysis.
• Exceptional hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to broad audiences.
