What you will do

• Collect and analyze internal and external data to identify trends in token adoption and payment performance.
• Build recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations to support product planning and leadership updates.
• Track key metrics, strategic initiatives, and roadmap priorities for token and chip products.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for client engagement, executive updates, and internal presentations.
• Collaborate with product, account executives, and client success managers to align analyses with business priorities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in business analysis, research, strategy, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into business insights.
