Senior Program Manager - Performance & Operations

What you will do

• Own the integrated transition project plan and deliver transition initiatives on time and within budget.
• Build a Transition Playbook, establish KPIs, and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Develop performance frameworks and governance forums across executive, functional, and operational levels.
• Manage the operational relationship with the outsourcing partner, including MSA and SOW administration, billing verification, change requests, and gain-share agreements.
• Maintain risk and issue frameworks, validate business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and embed regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Lead and mentor two direct reports while engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, or transformation.
• Experience managing commercial partnerships, vendor performance, and multi-tiered governance in outsourced or third-party environments.
• Strong financial tracking and complex contract management experience, including MSA/SOWs and billing verification.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving, process refinement, and cross-functional value creation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influence skills across operational and executive audiences.
