What you will do
- Lead strategic implementation programs for major retail customers from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
- Drive customer adoption and business transformation while identifying opportunities for future growth.
- Improve program management practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery, or Consulting.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership, planning, risk management, commercial awareness, and customer-focused capabilities.
- Ability to be based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail technology, SaaS, IoT, or digital transformation.
- PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
