Location: Must be local to Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Relocation is not provided.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the repair service engineering team for electronic products.
  • Develop and implement repair processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring problems.
  • Manage departmental budgets and the professional development of personnel.
  • Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and launch innovative projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, embedded systems, and hardware development.
  • Proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects from concept to production.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Must be based in the Philippines (local to position location).
