What you will do

• Own the end-to-end failure analysis of Factory dead-on-arrival (PIP) cases from intake to closure.
• Perform electrical, functional, and system-level debugging to identify root causes of failures.
• Drive root cause validation using experiments, data analysis, and engineering judgment.
• Prepare detailed PIP failure analysis reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, PSG, Field, and Engineering.
• Interface with suppliers and external labs for component-level failure analysis and validation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.
• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Solid hardware troubleshooting and high analytical skills.
• Ability to lead or interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high sense of urgency.
