Equipment Engineering Technician (Semiconductor): Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating semiconductor manufacturing equipment in production with an accent on dicing saws, automated inspection systems, electrical testers, and pneumatic equipment. Focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability improvements, root cause analysis, and safe support across rotating shifts.
Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite role with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What you will do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, repair, set up, and calibrate semiconductor production equipment.
- Maintain sawing machines, electrical testers, automated visual inspection systems, dambar cutting and soldering machines, casting and encapsulation equipment, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment-related issues.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to improve reliability and performance.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance records while following safety and 5S standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience operating and maintaining dicing saw machines such as DISCO or ADT, including wafer tape mounting, detaping, blade selection, and sawing parameters.
- Knowledge of silicon, GaAs, SiC, and other wafer materials, as well as vision systems for defect detection.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and repetitive 8–12-hour shifts; strong safety, PPE, and ISO compliance required.
Nice to have
- Registered Master Electrician certification.
