Process Engineer (Semiconductors)

TL;DR

Process Engineer (Manufacturing): Setting up and sustaining the Aimpoint COA_LED production line during product transfer to the Manila facility with an accent on process optimization, equipment setup, and value engineering. Focus on statistically designing experiments, resolving quality issues, and ensuring full production qualification for LiDAR-based sensors.

What you will do

• Set up machines, processes, and materials for the Aimpoint COA_LED product transfer from Feldkirchen.
• Optimize the new production line following full qualification.
• Lead Value Engineering and applicable materials localization projects.
• Collaborate with the Production Team to sustain process and equipment requirements.
• Support QA in resolving issues related to product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or BS Physics.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Technical Data Sheets, and laboratory reports (e.g., FTIR, EDS, AES).
• Proficiency in statistically designing and conducting experiments (DOE).
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented leadership disposition.
• Willingness to render overtime when needed and be cross-trained for flexibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application.
