What you will do

• Lead and manage the Connectivity Solutions engineering team supporting Command product development and systems testing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define validation plans and meet safety, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Track performance metrics, identify risks, and adjust priorities to keep engineering work on schedule.
• Drive improvements in product quality, process efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Promote consistent quality processes, technical excellence, and effective engineering execution.

Requirements

• Experience developing tactical plans aligned with long-term business objectives and managing resources and dependencies.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills for complex technical and operational situations.
• Ability to provide technical solutions, mentor engineers, and engage subject-matter experts.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Mossville, Illinois, United States; sponsorship is not available.
