What you will do

• Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team delivering customer-specific software solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand business processes, technical challenges, and automation opportunities.
• Guide the design, development, deployment, troubleshooting, and support of reliable production software.
• Stay hands-on with technical architecture, development, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Identify recurring customer needs that can become reusable platform or product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, customer success, and other internal teams while mentoring engineers and setting delivery standards.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering management or technical leadership, including leading software developers.
• Strong hands-on software development experience, particularly with .NET or enterprise application environments.
• Experience translating customer business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production software.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lehi, United States and travel approximately 15–20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of ERP, manufacturing, distribution, finance, or supply-chain domains.
