What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations for multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes and efficient delivery cycles.
• Lead quarterly planning and sprint cycles to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams through performance management and career coaching.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and manage dependencies to ensure organizational alignment.
• Maintain technical oversight by reviewing architectural decisions and establishing code quality standards.
• Establish and track engineering metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably managing multiple teams.
• Strong technical background capable of engaging in architectural discussions and reviewing technical proposals.
• Proven track record of establishing development processes and scaling engineering organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
