Salary: CAD $228,000–$370,500 (Canada) or USD $240,000–$390,000 (US)

• Lead and scale the Booking engineering organization while maintaining high velocity and quality.
• Drive AI integration into engineering workflows and team structures to improve development efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Design to deliver exceptional experiences for patients and clinics.
• Coach and grow a team of engineering leaders and builders.
• Shape the technical roadmap to support new product lines and increasing customer demand.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers.
• Proven track record of scaling teams through periods of rapid growth and high traffic.
• Active builder with a specific point of view on AI's impact on software delivery and agentic workflows.
• Experience translating technical work for business stakeholders and managing cross-group dependencies.
• Iterative, experimentation-first approach to product development.
