TL;DR
Product Manager (Semiconductor): Overseeing the lifecycle of semiconductor dry pumps for light-duty applications with an accent on maximizing financial and strategic returns. Focus on managing the full product lifespan from NPI to OfM and executing next-generation load lock product strategies.
Location: Ideally based at the GTC site in the UK (hybrid), but candidates in China (PCQD) or Korea (PCCA) will also be considered

What you will do
- Define and execute product vision and strategy for semiconductor light duty pumps (load lock, transfer, and EUV).
- Manage the full lifecycle of legacy portfolios including iXL/IPUP, EPX, and EUV series.
- Collaborate with the Future Platforms Product Manager to translate market insights into requirements for next-gen products.
- Maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap and identify growth opportunities with OEM account teams.
- Prioritize engineering projects (NPI, A&D, ETO) and coordinate customer field trials.
- Conduct competitor research and maintain product data in SAP.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical, chemical sciences, or equivalent engineering disciplines.
- 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or equivalent technology industry.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Pump or Integrated Systems experience.
- Business management or marketing training.
- Knowledge of SAP or Engineering Change processes.
- Language skills in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
