What you will do

• Lead the development and expansion of materials and plastics products to support company growth and key initiatives.
• Drive new offerings in areas such as energy transition, sustainability, mobility, and safety.
• Define go-to-market plans, including value propositions, product differentiation, and business models.
• Set product priorities and maintain a clear product roadmap.
• Track product performance using goals and metrics to guide future strategic decisions.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and external client users.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of technical, commercial, or business experience in Engineered Materials or a related industry.
• Deep technical expertise in plastics, additive manufacturing, recycling, and coatings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder groups and conduct discovery sessions with clients.

Nice to have

• Formal training or certification in Product Management.
• Project management certification.
• Experience working with remote teams.
