What you will do

• Implement global product portfolio strategies for the Asia and global automotive markets.
• Expand automotive market presence, explore new applications, and formulate targeted strategies for segmented markets.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive profitability and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, sampling, classification, and compliance.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to optimize costs and manage risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years or Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in product management, commercial, or marketing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience using business tools such as SAP, BI, and FLIP.
• Solid understanding of P&L fundamentals and balance sheet profitability.
• Strong project management, organizational, and market research capabilities.
