What you will do

• Manage localized TMP product customization, part number creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Work with Chinese customers to understand expansion plans, applications, pain points, and business models.
• Own local total-solution products and manage turnkey projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate product, sales, application, engineering, service, supply chain, and global teams.
• Collect customer feedback, convert it into product requirements, and support global development activities.
• Support market analysis, business planning, product positioning, and go-to-market execution in China.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in vacuum product applications, product management, business development, or related technical-commercial roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor, vacuum, or related industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of vacuum products, TMP applications, and customer use cases.
• Experience managing complex opportunities through cross-functional coordination and stakeholder influence in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
