TL;DR

Product Performance Manager (Product Management): Ensuring launched products deliver real value by defining positioning and improving performance over time with an accent on bridging the gap between delivery and customer outcomes. Focus on using performance data to drive product improvements and fostering a customer-led product culture.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days a week at contractual location (Birmingham, London, Manchester, or Bristol), 2 flexible days.

What you will do

  • Define and communicate customer problems, product value, and positioning for major product changes.
  • Provide product input into launch readiness, ensuring clarity on audience, messaging, risks, and success measures.
  • Ensure the product story is consistently understood across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations.
  • Integrate customer, market, and performance data into product and launch decisions.
  • Translate technical, service, and network performance into customer and commercial insights.
  • Monitor in-life product performance, identifying issues and driving improvements with relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in product success, product marketing, product management, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting product launches or cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Experience using customer insight, behavioural data, or market evidence to support commercial decisions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear business narratives.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the UK (specifically Birmingham, Bristol, or London).

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer-led, digital, or subscription-based environments.
  • Experience working across Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile or scaled delivery environments.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct ownership.
