What you will do

• Maintain expert knowledge of the dry pumps and STP Turbomolecular Pumps product lines, including features and service requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for service sales teams, customer centers, and clients.
• Develop and improve service offerings, upgrade opportunities, and value-added solutions.
• Analyze product performance, cost structures, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to ensure products are technically robust and market-aligned.
• Lead service-related projects from concept through to delivery to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in product support, service, or technical specialist roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical product insights.
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of customer value, service positioning, and pricing.
• Confidence collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Burgess Hill, UK.
