Location: Must be based in the UK, hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the London office.

What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
• Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through to final execution.
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level required).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and business judgment.
• Strong ownership, execution skills, and ability to work across diverse business functions.
• Resourceful, curious, and driven mindset with a focus on building rather than maintaining status quo.
