What you will do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells.
• Diagnose root causes of failures and restore systems to production quickly during escalations.
• Provide technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams on-site.
• Log service activities and spare part requirements using CMMS platforms.
• Monitor fleet performance remotely using internal dashboards and tools.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on field service experience supporting robotic or industrial automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, PLC, or robotic control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic drawings.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking.
• Availability for high travel (up to 80% local and 50% overnight).
• Strict adherence to industrial safety standards, including LOTO.

Nice to have

• Experience with 6-axis robot brands (Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, or Universal Robots).
• Familiarity with palletizing, case packing, pick-and-place, or conveyor systems.
• Experience in food, beverage, packaging, or CPG manufacturing environments.
• Spanish language proficiency.
