What you will do

• Perform on-site maintenance, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hardware, software, and systems to implement effective repairs and minimize downtime.
• Manage parts inventory, coordinate shipments for replenishment, and oversee tools and test equipment.
• Serve as the primary technical link between customer management, technical support, and internal management.
• Provide on-site training and mentorship for less experienced field service technicians.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, reporting, and administrative documentation of all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Flushing, NY, US.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a field service environment.
• Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting and a strong understanding of electronic principles.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, PCs, and networking.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or trade/technical certificate preferred.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel as required by business needs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and guides.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
