What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to identify technical pain points and tooling needs.
• Translate internal business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories for engineering.
• Prioritize and maintain the internal technical backlog, ensuring alignment with high-impact needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical production issues, performing initial investigations and triage.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal technical knowledge base and user documentation.
• Host training sessions for internal teams regarding new technical updates and tool releases.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in technical support, business analysis, or junior product management.
• Must be based in the US.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to discuss APIs, databases, and system architectures with engineers.
• Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English.

Nice to have

• Experience in valuation, mortgage, or fintech industries.
• Proficiency with ticketing and product management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or ClickUp.
