What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant and partner onboarding from strategy to launch and optimization.
• Define product vision and roadmap priorities to improve onboarding experiences and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable onboarding capabilities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and support to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers to elevate product management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or lending.
• 4+ years of experience managing third-party API integrations and complex platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Product Management, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
