Salary: £76,500 – £108,100 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Design and refine credit underwriting and limit strategies to optimize risk and growth.
• Analyze portfolio performance (arrears, utilization, revenue, losses) and identify actionable insights.
• Build and interpret NPV and profitability models to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop segmentation frameworks to identify revenue and risk pressure points.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and test new features and strategy changes.
• Present structured recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in unsecured lending, specifically with credit cards.
• Strong understanding of credit card economics (APR, utilization, cost of funds).
• Proficiency in SQL (must-have).
• Experience building or influencing credit strategies such as underwriting and pricing.
• Ability to work remotely within the UK or from London/Cardiff offices.
• Experience with NPV models and portfolio forecasting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Looker.
• Experience modelling rewards cards.
