Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: USD $140,400–$372,300 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, and other rewards depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Shape product and developer experiences across web, IDEs, terminals, and mobile.
• Design responsive and accessible experiences for complex, multi-workflow SaaS products.
• Explore and shape AI experiences based on existing and emerging model capabilities.
• Develop information architecture and UI patterns using systematic design thinking.
• Guide ideation, design, and development communication across product, engineering, design, and other disciplines.
• Connect work across teams and identify opportunities to build on existing solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with engineers, product managers, and other designers.
• Experience designing end-to-end complex, multi-workflow SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on product design experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid prototyping and developer tools, especially AI agents and CLI.
• Experience designing for large language models and AI.
• Experience designing for developer tools.
• Experience contributing to or using an established design system.
