What you will do

• Develop detailed circuit specifications for mixed-signal circuits.
• Conceive circuit architectures and transistor-level topologies to satisfy performance requirements.
• Implement physical layout for high-speed circuits.
• Optimize circuits via simulation using Cadence EDA tools over various process and operating conditions.
• Integrate circuit elements into large analog/mixed-signal ASICs.
• Participate in the characterization of ASIC circuits.

Requirements

• MSEE with 5+ years of experience or PhD in electrical engineering with 3+ years of experience in mixed-signal IC design.
• Thorough knowledge of high-frequency, broad-band Analog Mixed-Signal IC design (electrical and physical).
• Experience with FINFET, deep sub-micron CMOS (nodes < 65 nm), and BCD technologies.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, electromagnetic theory, and transmission line theory.
• Experience with IC characterization using high-speed sampling oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Agoura Hills, CA, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence Skill or Ocean scripting for automation.
• Proficiency in Verilog or Verilog-A modeling.
• Experience with ATE test development.
